Last Revised: June 2026

1. Scope of Coverage

Plans cover mechanical malfunctions and major assembly failures resulting from normal household environmental degradation. Pre-existing system defects identified prior to your sign-up date remain outside your designated protection protocols. Coverage applies only to eligible home systems and appliances specifically listed in your selected plan documentation. Certain components, cosmetic damages, routine maintenance tasks, and issues resulting from neglect, misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for service benefits under the agreement.

2. Service Dispatch Protocols

All maintenance service calls must be formally generated directly through our digital dashboard framework or emergency hotline support center. Unauthorized independent contractor operations cannot be credited or reimbursed retroactively. Our network of licensed and qualified professionals is carefully selected to ensure consistent service quality, safety compliance, and efficient issue resolution. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate information regarding service requests to facilitate timely dispatch and support.

3. Billing Renewal Architecture

Your coverage settings automatically roll over to renew on a structured monthly or annual billing sequence. Subscriptions may be updated or permanently closed through your account dashboard options at any time. Renewal notices may be issued prior to billing dates, and pricing adjustments, if applicable, will be communicated in advance. Continued use of services following renewal constitutes acceptance of the updated billing cycle and applicable terms.

4. Liability Matrix Limits

Liability allocations are bounded by maximum structural cap limits clearly specified inside individual account coverage files. ProtectNestHome accepts no liability for accidental secondary structural damages, indirect losses, temporary accommodation expenses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from covered or non-covered events. Customers are encouraged to maintain separate property insurance coverage for risks beyond the scope of this agreement.

5. Dispute Resolutions & Arbitration

Any operational disagreements or plan scope contentions will be mediated exclusively via individual binding arbitration procedures rather than standard court actions. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions before initiating formal proceedings. Arbitration decisions shall be considered final and enforceable under applicable laws, helping ensure a fair, efficient, and cost-effective resolution process.

6. Cancellation Grace Window

Subscribers hold a complete 30-day structural window post-activation to terminate their home system strategy for a full reimbursement, assuming zero technician dispatch requests or parts claims have been validated during that specific sequence. After the grace period, cancellations may be subject to applicable administrative fees and prorated adjustments in accordance with the terms outlined within your coverage agreement.

7. Asset & System Eligibility

All mechanical hardware, primary utility infrastructures, and home environments covered under your plan architecture must strictly comply with regional code guidelines and demonstrate reasonable maintenance history. Systems showing severe deterioration, unsafe conditions, code violations, or unapproved modifications may require corrective action before coverage eligibility can be confirmed. ProtectNestHome reserves the right to inspect assets when necessary.

8. Force Majeure & Network Delays

Deployment targets may scale dynamically during extensive climatic disruptions, severe localized blackouts, supply chain interruptions, labor shortages, transportation restrictions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of ProtectNestHome. While every effort will be made to minimize delays and maintain service continuity, temporary interruptions or scheduling adjustments may occur during extraordinary events affecting operational capacity.
